Terms and Conditions

Pre-Treatment Instructions 

To ensure the best results and minimize risks, please follow these guidelines before your procedure:

  1. Avoid Alcohol and Blood Thinners
    • Refrain from alcohol, aspirin, ibuprofen, or other blood-thinning medications for at least 24–48 hours before your appointment, unless otherwise directed by your doctor.

  1. No Caffeine
    • Limit coffee, energy drinks, and other caffeine sources on the day of your treatment, as caffeine can increase sensitivity and bleeding.

  1. Skin Preparation
    • Avoid tanning, sunburn, chemical peels, or exfoliating treatments on the area to be treated for at least 4 weeks prior.
    • Keep the skin clean and free of lotions, oils, or makeup on the day of the appointment.

  1. Hair Removal (if applicable)
    • For scalp or eyebrow procedures, avoid waxing or threading the area 24–48 hours prior. Light trimming is acceptable if necessary.

  1. Medical Considerations
    • Inform your provider of any medical conditions, allergies, medications, or recent surgeries.
    • Patients who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have certain skin conditions may need to postpone treatment.

  1. Pain Management
    • Medical grade topical aesthetic numbing will be applied  30-40 mins prior  to your procedure. Discuss any concerns about pain or sensitivity with your provider before your appointment.

  1. Hydration and Rest
    • Stay well-hydrated and get a good night’s sleep prior to your treatment. Healthy skin responds better to micropigmentation.


 Arrive with clean skin and dark coloured comfortable clothing. Following these instructions helps ensure optimal results and a smooth healing process.

Post care instruction

Post-Treatment Care Instructions 

Proper aftercare is essential for optimal results and safe healing. Please follow these guidelines carefully:

  1. Keep the Area Clean and Dry
    • Avoid washing, scrubbing, or soaking the treated area for at least 24 hours.
    • After 24 hours, gently cleanse with mild soap and water, then pat dry.

  1. Avoid Picking or Scratching
    • The treated area may scab or flake as it heals. Do not pick, peel, or scratch, as this can affect pigment retention and cause scarring.

  1. Moisturize Lightly
    • Apply a thin layer of recommended ointment (provided or advised by your provider) to keep the area slightly hydrated. Avoid heavy creams or oils not approved by your technician.

  1. Sun Protection
    • Avoid direct sunlight and tanning beds for at least 6 weeks.
    • Once healed, use sunscreen 50+ UV/UB and  above to prevent fading.

  1. Avoid Makeup and Skincare Products
    • Do not apply makeup, exfoliants, or chemical products to the treated area for at least 7–10 days.

  1. Avoid Swimming, Saunas, and Excessive Sweating
    • Refrain from swimming pools, hot tubs, saunas, or intense exercise that causes heavy sweating for at least 1–2 weeks.

  1. Healing Timeline
    • Redness, slight swelling, or tenderness is normal for the first 24–48 hours.
    • Pigment may appear darker initially and will soften as the area heals over 7–14 days.
    • Follow up session are scheduled after the area has fully healed (usually 4–6 weeks).

  1. Monitor for Signs of Infection
    • Infections are extremely rare. Contact your provider immediately if you notice excessive pain, swelling, or pus


 Following these instructions carefully ensures your procedure heals well. Healing varies individually, so be patient and gentle with the area.
